This year, the 8th grade took a trip to Greenfield Village. I was in a group with nine other students. At Greenfield Village, they had different shops, farms, plantations, houses, and other places that each person would take notes, record a video, and incorporate it into our group project. This shows my social skills because I needed to work with a large group of people and stay organized and on task in order to complete a well though out project. I really enjoyed around the village with my friends and learning about how others had lived back then.

This project was about spies in the American Revolution. Before we started this project, we learned about different methods of spying and other information about spies during that time. Then each person was assigned a person to research and create a sort of trading card for. I had a lot of fun researching and learning about spies. I thought the information was very interesting to learn about. I am proud of the way the card turned out and how it looks. I included good and compelling information about my spy. It was difficult for me to fit all of the information I wanted to include on the back of one small card, but I was able to pick out the more important facts.
